    Thanks for the help guys But I am using footage and codec form an EX3. I am stuck like chuck.

    OK so I updated firmware, uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, did the easy setup thing. and i am right back where i started with the never ending echo and when that goes away i only get on e speaker to work but with no echo. SHEESH. Is ever one else having these probs????????

    I have done that already, and that seems to have made it worse. I will retry it for kicks.

    I did. I am editing XDCAm EX and i started with easy setup but had to change a couple of settings. I acan see the audio bouncing the meters but no uotput to IO. I dont see the IO meters move at all. Video is set to out put thru IO and i see it fine

    That seems to have done the trick. This forum is great. And I agree about the RT thing that bit me for a while.Thanks so much for the timely info.

    How Will this affect their machine will it erase any kind of settings or cause any other kind of rebuilding to be needed? Thanks for the info.

    They Have a AJA IOHD. This is the first time i have played with one, but it seems the same as the LHE card and controls I have on my machine at home.

    In your render settings OI think you should be doing lower field first. I have had this happen and usually somewhere in the path is and upper field first that I missed. this might fix some of the problems.
