Thanks for your advice that is exactly what i will do. Which camera is somewhat academic as the 3 chip friend is out on location and the home dv friends are all out of reach.. Better go borrowing from the shops..

i have since thought teh same re adding audio.. but suspect they have added other stuff..have to wait and see….
