Thanks for you advice..
the Avid stuff i dunno but i exported them qt animations RGB + Alpha and this time they worked fine .
Does movement have bearing on it ? The first tries where with a moving and scaling text graphic and it looked pants..
Anyway thanks for tips the second way seems worth remembering for furure refernce..

thanks mate..

we seem to have got away with it… I did the interpret footage thing and the rendererd mov.s look fine.
No flickering no interlace lines..
twixter ? AE 7 ? so much to learn !

yes yes the books i must study…..

you missunderstood me..(i didnt explain very well)
i meant it was time streched to 110-120%.. i was wonering where after effects finds the extra frames and if frame blending helped with this ??

but yes i need to get me that book….
when i have some time off .. i promice ( i am sure you have told me before !)

cant begin to tell you the number of times you have saved my ass…

one more thing the footage has been streched to 110% . will this have any bearing ?
is frame blending anything to do with this ??

i was going to get a laptop cause i have a job starting monday and i need to take my own machine with me and i saw those shiney new ads..
What would you recomend ?
Should i bung a load of RAM into my G4 ibook ? will that get away with it ?? (will i look amateur)
( i usually work from my studio but i is a gonna have to travel for this one )

any ideas
