Actually what I was after was the extra drop down on the scale tool when in UV’s that lets you do un-uniform scaling. you can do it in both windows.

Thanks for the reply, but how do I actually scale in one direction only. When I click in the 3-D modelling window it only scales uniformly across all axes.

I have this same issue. And even after setting the path, Cinema 4d doesnt find the textures? Is there a step im missing here?

I’d add, do 4x 2TB black caviars in a raid 0 + 1. I.e make 2 striped pairs and then mirror them. Get blazing fast read write speeds this way. Necessity for hd video. Also chuck in a ssd 120gb + for os and apps.

I did try cloning onto a plane object using vertices mode. Issue was even when I made changes to the shape of the plane the clones will not follow the surface of the plane. I.e the sit on the plane fine but they all point up rather than angling as the plane angles. I tried all the options?
Where as if I put the cloner onto a spline they follow the angle correctly when I put in a copied version of the spline as a rail. But the issue there is I can’t then make a grid without using another cloner as far as I’m aware?

Thanks for the reply, I do not see this icon? There is no buttons next to any of the words “physical” in the render settings. I’m using cinema 4d broadcast, and as far as i’m aware I should have access to the f stops etc and I DO, in a new project, just not in this existing project 🙁

Hey mate, its still a real strange one for me. Cant seem to work it out. It only occurs when I turn on any of the barrel lights? They seem to affect the visible status of the phone lights??

If I render out an alpha with the background object off, and then use this RGBA layer as an alpha inverted matte to cut out the background from a previously rendered RGB image, I see a step where the 2 meet.
