Couldn’t you just open another Sony Vegas project on your other monitor with the other footage? Then you can see both cameras at the same time. Of course you need two monitors. It would work with 1 monitor but be really awkward.

I would like to see what the pen input is like. I’ve never used a wacom myself. As far as storage goes the physical seems small but it actually has external data ports as well as Microsoft’s cloud storage skydrive. I use skydrive myself between my pc, laptop, and phone. It works great.
The problem to me with android tablets and ipads is they are more recreational. The surface actually comes installed with Microsoft office and the pro actually runs all programs, like Photoshop or whatever. Its more for productivity than liesure.
I do agree though, if it had more ram it would be even better.

Thanks John. That’s kinda what I figured. It does have support for a mouse and comes with a keyboard. I figured it might be nice for basic editing on the go without having to buy a seperate ultrabook.

Simply adjust the DB level of your audio track on the left side of the timeline.

I think your right. The cell phone is a PNG overlay I made in Photoshop and I am cropping the video to fit. I tried forever and couldnt get it to render right. Finally, I resized the cell phone to a smaller size and boom it worked. Thanks John for your expertise.

I have the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti and it works great. Renderining is as fast or faster than my processor i7 x990.

Kinda sounds like keyframes to me too. It is entirely possible that you accidentally keyframed during pan/crop. I do it all the time. I would double check the position again in event pan/crop.
If there are no keyframes there i’m not sure. Good luck.

Gilles, I had the same issue with my titler previews. No matter if I used Titler Pro, NewBlue, or whatever I couldnt preview it good enough to actually use it. I narrowed it down to my computer. I was running a weak AMD quad core so I decided to upgrade to the Intel 3960 six core and the results are incredible. All my previews are smooth.
Also, Sony’s titler pro is great, but it just came out on svp11 for the first time. It will only get better.

And on the video showing examples of the websites, you are absolutely right. That would be great. In reality there website should have examples on their site. Then I would have something to work with. But that website is new and doesn’t have any examples. So I was only able to work with what I had. Thanks.
