Why not a private area within the black magic site monitored and replied to by bm employees and access for paying customers (and approved freelancers) only so we could be assured of feedback from the manufacturer and not air our “dirty laundry” in a public forum?

I have been in contact w/PNY and this is part of their response:
“PNY currently offers the FX 4800 for Macintosh and is waiting for Apple to release Mac OS X v10.5.6 – which will allow us to extend our range of Mac Pro professional graphics board offerings to include a product based on the new Fermi architecture. I’m bound by an NDA so I can’t pre-announce product specifics, but I can let you know that mid-November should see a product announcement from NVIDIA and PNY that will exactly meet your needs as stated.
You don’t have much longer to wait.”
