Noah – if you are interested, I have a Kona LHe for sale in the classifieds – dated July 11.

Ah-ha! Didn’t catch that it was for version 14. Hoping it’s released SOON! Thanks!

So, version 13.0.4 doesn’t support MX02 yet? If it’s happening soon, that’s okay. I am updating from 12.7 next week and taking out the LHe card.
Their website says:
Marlborough MA – April 15, 2009
Matrox MXO2 Support. Media 100 Suite now supports Matrox MXO2……Compatible with MacBook Pros and Mac Pros
I/O Support
Media 100 Suite supports AJA’s KONA 3X/3, KONA LH/LHe, and KONA LS/LSe video I/O cards, Matrox MXO2, and Media 100 HDx.
I am looking for HDMI I/O which LHe does not have.
Thank you! -
Thank you both. I have M100 & Premiere Pro CS4 on the Mac Pro that I use. Then we have Avid and Final Cut on two other Macs, and Avid and Final Cut on a powerbook (for on the road). It would be convenient to have the Matrox to use on all Macs. I will get in touch with sales.

Thanks Chris for you input. I was all set to purchase two Eizo monitors, but have decided to wait until the Macworld Conference to see what the next Apple Display will be. Eizo ColorEdge 21″ is twice the price as Apple, but response time is faster, higher brightness and better contrast. I also do a fair amount of work in Photoshop, but editing is first. My Viewsonic VP171b’s were a pretty good choice 5 years ago with 8ms response time, .264 pixel pitch, but, brightness is only 300. So, I’m ready to upgrade to slighter larger size 20-22″, and still use two monitors. There are SO many choices and it comes down to cost and what works for each individual. I’m just curious what others like or dislike.

Found the reason…..Device Control – Machine Control: “no machine control”
So many selections to remember!Happy Holidays everyone!

That was it Floh!!! Preferences – Video Output – HDe “Analog” to composite. When I first set up the preferences, I completely missed the “HDe” selection. That’s what 3 hours of sleep will do to you…your mind just isn’t working. I checked what you both suggested, and thank you both. I still feel stupid for not catching that…..

For some reason, the entire message didn’t post……

I also have the Magma Expansion Chassis for the G5 PCI-X. When I purchased mine in 2005, there was a choice of two models – one ending in “Q”, and one not. The “Q” is the quiet model (and there is a difference). All the models listed on the website now are “Q” models. The list price back then was $1489 for the “Q” and $1399 for the non-“Q””. I believe the current price is $1399.
