I would like to begin using Premiere Pro & Encore. In checking the Adobe site for system requirements for Mac OS, it does not say anything about having to use Boot Camp, Fusion or Parallels. I am guessing that one of them is necessary to run Premiere & Encore? I have been editing with Media100 for over 10 years and would like to add Premiere Pro & Encore. Thanks for any input!

there is a pc version and a mac version. In talking to adobe premiere sales support, they told me there would be a difference in performance on a mac with the native mac version over the pc/bootcamp version. I have no experience to back up their claim…

They no longer send out one set of discs with both versions, you have to choose pc or mac
