mocha pro has remove tool and syntheyes has auto clean matte replacement.
You can use after effect’s clone tools but it will take a lot longer.

tiff, openexr,radiance,photoshop sequence psd, all support 32bpc/float.
You can buy video codecs with 32bpc too.
I think openexr has the smallest size and psd has the largest.Openexr and tiff are the most compatible with software.
The only issue I had was openexr shifting subtle pixel values which is kind of hilarious because ILM created it. I went from 0,16,49 to 0,15,50 to 1,16,50 in only 3 generations. ack!
I personally only use tiff with lzw compression off.
Don’t forget that dynamic link works in 32bpc. -
i made a procedural keyer for banding noise. works just as well as boris. i tested it on their tutorial.

i discovered a while back a new feature for simple wire removal. if you use bender effect above and below it, you can remove curved wires. although using a bezier plugin would be far easier.
in effects controls:
bender -enable adjust to distance
wire removal
bender neg amount of top bender exp. * -1, adjust to distance oni then pickwhip a/b top/bottom base to a master slider

I’m thinking that it was originally a PAL 25fps upperfield interlaced, then recorded with a 23.976 progressive. I don’t think there was a pulldown. I think when it got decimated to 23.976, it blew away the framerate, fields, and resolution.
I don’t think there’s enough data to recover the fields. Your best bet is to use reelsmart motion blur and set to -2.00 which will remove the blur.
