you can precomp it, add timewarp 50%, the timestretch the precomp 50%. This smooths out the bumps. I tested your clip and got good results.
Also, virtualdub’s deshaker works on dolly moves and it’s free!
Stabilizes horizontal/vertical panning, rotation and zooming.

If I had to guess, best guess would be:
the dynamic range was 3 f-stops not 10 because they used very soft, diffused lighting and a medium aperture for depth of field, prolly f/5.6. Framerate looks to be 30 fps progressive 1/100 shutter. 5d MarkII 50mm carl zeiss lens. Not much post color correcting. Just white balanced.

a long time ago i made a blow out template with sliders for ae cs3.
it’s vivid blends with alpha mattes. you can change the precomp to soft light for a different look. it should work with multiple frames and is 32bpc too.ae cs3 aep

i think the shadow/highlight effect is way easier to use.

jason is right, for green screen, the best is shallow depth of field to make the green a beautiful out of focus blur, not sharp to see fuzzies. For this, you’ll need at least 2.8 f-stop. How bout a stovepipe?

What if you slightly modify the pitch range for one of the tracks, One of the voices would be a slightly higher or lower pitch,then phase cancellation can’t appear.

could you move the camera closer or make other relative objects smaller?
