32bpc changes how things are composited with transfer modes. also, any 8 bit effects might get distorted. you can enable clamp with level effects to stop wrap around changes.

you can use expressions on the effect-color control box. and if you use it pickwipped on everything, one color change will change everything.

madVR supports luts, color managements inside mpc-hc. VLC doesn’t support color management.
if luts aren’t being rendered at all, in AME preferences, deselect “Import sequences natively” selected?

well i know frame blend darkening is fixed with renderer software instead of cuda.
apply color directly to clips, not adjustment layer.
let us know if this fixes everything. -

this preset will punch up the color in 32bpc.premiere views, sets, conforms, previews, transmits, dynamic links everything in
Rec. 709 0-255.you can use an adjustment layer across all the clips as well.
you can also simply burn in a lut in media encoder.some gfx cards have a driver menu for 16-235 instead of 0-255.
OS level should match premiere’s previews at sRGB or Rec. 709 0-255 gamma 2.0
color finesse can do soft clipping legal levels.

yes, there is actually a profile called (Rec. 709 16-235 ). That one is video compatible, the one simply Rec.709 ___ is actually 0-255. I think you need to change input and output as these two different ones so it will convert correctly. You will see an instant change on screen.

nvidia 1070,1080 are problematic.
