32 bit LWF changing colors
Hey Guys and Gals!
I’m working on a VFX shot using an action essentials dark smoke footage. The smoke appeared to be black until I switched to a 32 bit LWF. I’m still learning about 32 bit, and just noticed my “dark Smoke” footage has become bright grey. Any ideas on how to fix and why it happened? Any help is appreciated.

32bpc changes how things are composited with transfer modes. also, any 8 bit effects might get distorted. you can enable clamp with level effects to stop wrap around changes.
