It only outputs what your camera settings are and what you are recording.
The only different option is to “downconvert”
You can be shooting HD and video out a downconverted SD 480i signal.

Have you tried the BD disc image w/ Toast?

The other option if that does not work for you:

Burn then one at a time out of Encore, it will not re-encode anything again and again – just burn to disc.

Burn first one and put in and with toast- copy disc. (I find this option painfully slow)

a 100 min. video is doable for one disc, one side.
Don’t deinterlace, why would you do that?
    DVD loves interlace.
Only deinterlace you “i” footage when making a webclip.
Start with the 120 min. preset in compressor.

  • CS6 is a huge improvement. Just get it. You won’t regret it.
If there are bugs, updates will come.

    According to your pic:

The footage is already progressive. Did you shoot 25p? You may not even have interlaced footage to begin with.

Please post the full specs listed in the project on your raw clips.

Take a small piece of footage you see combs in the movement.
Go to the raw footage in the project.
Drop it on the “Make new sequence matching clip” icon on the both.
Export to AME and then make your mp4. Choose progressive for the output.

What are you trying to make a mp4? WMV? mov?
    Delivery for what?
    Web?
    PowerPoint?

You select Progressive in AME when compressing to your deliverable.

DVDSP CAN NOT burn a Bluray.

Have you tried exporting out a master from FCP and then drop that into Compressor?

Adobe suite is great for BD work FYI.
