In a live setting- like you have, you do not want to stop recording. You need the full audio.

You either shoot it with editing in mind. Ie: quick zoom and edit it out.
OR,
You shoot it live -this is what I recommend- you run the camera as if you are live on the air with everyone watching every move. You pan slowly, you zoom slowly, every move done well, done right, done smooth.

There is nothing wrong with zooming in on action, don’t fret it.

Doing it all yourself is this problem. With a 3 camera shoot, there is a ton of post.
Mix live on site, this will create the edit in realtime. Run ISO’s on the cams and then you’ll have coverage – should you need it.

So, a mixer and a TD ALL SDI setup for future proof.

Converts to just about every format need for every client.

SD will never look as good as the HD signal.

If your card is outputting and down-converting and the edit is laying off to tape. You have everything right.

Dovydas, you’re talking about a Computer grfx card.
The post is about I/O Video Cards, Video Compliant signal to feed an external video monitor, a broadcast monitor with a proper signal.

Sorry, I don’t know what to recommend for a computer grfx card.
Look up what Adobe approves/suggest and see what will fit in your machine.
