Ya, just like when u bring in stills too small. When u bring them in HUGE, they will not look their best.

I second that, always make png outta PP.
Now, you can put a 1080 size grfx background under the smaller then 1080 PP slide in the timeline.

In DVDSP you flag ur clips to display 16 x 9 or 4 x 3

You can run the Qt’s thru compressor after you L&T from the P2’s.

You didn’t mention your original codec – but exporting uncompressed is fine. You doing it the best u can now.
If you sent him 1 file 8 or 10 bit uncompressed and 1 file Animation codec – u’d be hard pressed to see the diff.Chris Tompkins
