Can you convert The Go Pro and the HDV to ProRes? Leave it Interlaced.If you convert all to one format first b/4 editing you will have a much easier go of it all and it will save time in the edit.
Leave the DVCPRO Progressive as is and drop into the Interlaced Prores sequence with the other footage.

DVCPRO HD 1080 would be the highest quality here. But it’s progressive and the other two are interlaced.
The gopro mpeg stuff needs to be transcoded for editing anyway.
HDV is not great for editing.

after it as been ingested, cut and exported Put put a Master Self Contained of the program. Dump the raw footage.
You have multi backups of original card files.
You have a digital Master.You don’t need the footage @ that point. Re-load if you need it again later.

I would lead with a few of the strongest but spread them out thru the whole reel too.

Are you shooting HDV? to Tape?
Capturing Firewire?
If so, your capture settings do not have anything to do with the grainyness. It comes from low light, low resolution cameras. Poor camera settings.After you compress, yes you can have grainyness. You have to work on your compression settings. Try a higher data rate.
