If you have unwanted junk in the shot, that should have been caught on set.
You’ll need to zoom in on those shots until the unwanted goes off screen or matte it out as suggested.
Resing up your SD to HD will degrade it far worse then squeezing it on a Single Layer DVD.
120 minutes and less will go on a SD DVD just fine.
Re-encode, lower your bit rate some, Keep doing it until you land around 4.2GB for the vid track, it’ll look fine.

Drop that into compressor to create your delivery.This assumes you know the end target ahead of time.

When you rip the disc in MpegStreamClip – select “Deinterlace”

For time-lapse you want to be in Manual Iris.
You cannot adjust the iris once recording has begun.
Well, you can, all you want, but the results will not be favorable.
Shutter doesn’t matter so much. Follow the 180 rule and you’ll be fine.Chris Tompkins
