It’s working! Oh thanks so much that’s brilliant 🙂

  • Hi all,

Sorry this is quite the right place to ask but can’t find anywhere else!

Just using OpenDCP, exporting my TIFFs to JPEG 2000, I have a few questions. What are threads? Under bandwidth setting it has asked me how many thread – I’ve left it at default 4 for now but can someone explain?
Do I HAVE to transform to XYZ? Currently in REC709 and I’m not understanding why the conversion seems necessary?

    Many thanks for any help!

Hmm though the sound has gone, and I can only see one layer of my editing, I can’t see the alternative angles I had underneath..any ideas there?

It was rejected! Thank you so much, I didn’t even know you could do that.
Thanks for your help! My training can’t come soon enough..

  • I don’t have that option…

Thank you for getting back to me.
However, I think unfortunately it really is 23.81fps, not only because quicktime says so, but because the professionals at the edit house making my DCP told me so. I’ve just tried putting it back in FCP and it warned me that it was not optimised!
    Any idea what’s going on?

    Thank you

  • Thanks for getting back to me.
So basically I should go back to DaVinci and export as individual clips, and try again.

    Thanks for you help!

Oh yes, I should’ve been more clear. They are indeed linked, I just wanted them to behave like a pair.
Paste attributes is much faster than drawing 4 times – brilliant, thank you.
