Could ou explain a little more about this monitor? Are you saying you’re using it as an NSC monitor, for high def, color correction, all of the above?
Does it have different conntctors for two different functions?

Hey David,
I will Google that and check it out. In the meantime, I have arranged for a subcontractor to handle this, but I am still wondering about DVD production and how this gets done. My supplier mentioned that the CC file has the extension .scc, is this something that I would apply in DVDSP?
BTW, I am still just bidding this job, and have PLENTY of time on it.

You can use a DV setting, and then send it directly to Compressor. Doing this will prevent DV compression and your DVD will look great. In addition this will set compression markers on every clip so your motion will be smooth.

As you may have seen below, the 5.1 drivers make my whole system flicker all the time. I had to go back to 4.8.

Copying and passting everything from your bins and timeline is perfectly okay. It will save you project.
