Can I use my G3 laptop as an external monitor to my G4?
I am a new user of FCP5 and would love to be able to have two screens to work with. Is there anyway to use a G3 laptop as an external monitor for a G4 laptop?

No, I don’t think so. Why don’t you go down to the computer shop and purchase a computer monitor? They’re pretty cheap nowadays.
I just bought this cool LG LCD panel. It takes feeds from the computer and plays back video. So I have a second computer monitor and video monitoring in one package. It was $599.

Hey Kevin,
Could ou explain a little more about this monitor? Are you saying you’re using it as an NSC monitor, for high def, color correction, all of the above?
Does it have different conntctors for two different functions?
