I told iTunes that I wanted it to import files as WAV, which means I could then right-click the file in iTunes and export to WAV. I imported that file into Audition and it was fine, didn’t cut off at the end.
so apparently the problem is is the way Audition handles mp3’s for future reference.
Yup, i learned this a while back (continuously rasterize). I know that it works, can anyone explain what it actually does? I guess if unchecked the text is still rendered in a vector format in AE?
Assuming you’re shooting digital you might check out DV Matte Pro from dvGarage, great DV keying plug-in with built-in light wrap. I think there’s a new version coming soon.
Gotcha, thanks. and now that you mention it I think I’ve seen the spot if it’s the one I’m thinking of that was talked about on the podcast a while back.
Ahron, this looks like it sort of does the same thing that Magic Bullet does? or is it more just color grading and not attempting to adjust your footage to the “film look” as much.
I looked at their examples but the inital shot barely looks like DV to start with 🙂
Thanks guys, and i’ll take a look Chris. I looked for previous posts but didn’t realize that it was only searching back a few weeks by default, none of these had come up. Thanks for the links, I’ll do some more careful searching next time.
