I shoot progressive only with my jvc hd100u and it looks fantastic
as captured HDV footage on my dell 24″ lcd.I have the same setup but I have a multibridge extreme.

I thought the dropped code didn’t happen until much later.
We usually only do :60 & :30 tv spots.so the question is this, how many of you are doing non-drop and how
many of you are doing drop?I would prefer to stick with whatever works best for longform because
we do those once in awhile and I hate switching all the equipment to
keep it all in check.At what point does one decide to not use non-drop?

You can directly type in 01:06:00 in the timecode box right above
the RT setting on the sequence but when you hit enter it goes to 01:06:02 -
I’ve posted this here once before. It’s a lookup table I use to
make my Dell 24″ LCD look as close as it can to my SDI CRT monitor.

and Dell 24″ LCD. -
As a multibridge extreme / Dell flat panel owner I couldn’t be more pleased.
Between our sony 900 line sd crt and the Dell lcd we’re covered.
I would try the Dell and if you don’t like it, return it.

The synch I/O we have is configurable to 24p.
not sure if it will take tri-synch though my gut says it would.

I think you need a protools synch I/O to get your clock at 24fps.
Do you have a synch I/O box?

While we’re on the subject, I’d like to know if Live Key will ever work on Multibridge Extreme.

Mine does the same thing.
It is a bit annoying, but not really hurting anything.
maybe Kristian can enlighten us with a solution.
