Originally the file type was Apple H.264 which didn’t work but using Apple ProRes 422 worked!

Did that and it burned to DVD but all it was was a bunch of files that wouldn’t play on anything. Actually came up as a DATA DVD. This is driving me nuts.

Thanks that does help a lot! I was about to get to the whole full frame vs none ff which, coming from the video world confuses me a bit but I’ll learn. I do like what I see from some of the lenses from both Canon and Nikon.

Before I run out the door; I have shot everything from weddings to our local race track to local commercials and freelanced on a wide variety of projects.

I found a detailed step by step to partition the apple HD with SL on one and Lion on the other and taking everything from the Lion partition to the SL partition and then deleting the Lion partition.

Still doesn’t answer my question as to whether or not I will have to reinstall FCP, AE, Boris, etc. after the rollback.

Found an easy way to roll back the OS using a partition but haven’t done it yet because I’m still wondering if I am going to have to reinstall all my programs.

Cut a feature on FCPX?! Bwha, ha, ha, ha, thats the funniest post I’ve heard in awhile. Let me shoot even a commercial on a Arri Alexa and then try to see what happens in FCPX. Sorry, tried FCPX and want no part of it, I’ll stick with AVID and Adobe.
