    Hi,

    Something similar is happening to us from the very beginning with Catdv. So far, I have been converting original files to a different codec or format but now even with MP4/H264 which has been always working with proxies, is showing in white.

    Also, when we play the proxy in QT is white.

    Other MP4/H264 proxies are fine so I don’t see it has to do with codecs?

    This is very nagging since we can’t send clips to be validated outside the office. I have to use Youtube…

    Sorry for popping in here but it is a related issue.

    Does anyone know if is it possible to have Web Client smart folders as ‘smart’ and advanced as in CatDV client?

    It did not change by going to another folder but when ‘refreshing’ from the production group -which I forgot to do before.

    For what I see, it is not possible is to delete these folders though…

    Hi, do you know why smart folders could not be updated in the Web server? I set them from CDV client/server tab. But they do not update in web client. why is that??

    It strikes me that at some point we did share these queries, since all the stations have these queries listed with the same name and settings.

    BUT now, they wouldn’t get updated with my new editing settings of these queries and only are available with the new settings in my station.

    I guess the situation is, either I set the queries at some point one station by one and I can’t remember doing it… or this feature has changed lately.

    I am having the same problem for quite a while.

    We have a SMB share Mac/PC, CatDV server is in PC and everything works great between pcs clients. In Macs, server connection fails all the time and these STALE SESSION ERROR occur after two minutes of connection. IPs are static and so on.

    The issue that triggers our Mac problem ain’t probably the same as yours but just in case, I leave this posted here. Also, we are a big organization so there might be some common traces with yours 🙂
