I’d look a mocha ae which ships with after effects CS4 and CS5. Mocha is a planar tracker which take perspective into account.

You can also reset all user preferences to the defaults by pressing Control + Shift + Alt (Mac: Command + Shift + Option) when you launch After Effects.

If your computer has more than one processor or core you need to enable multiprocessing in After Effects Preferences> Memory and Mutliprocessing.
However, 8Gb of RAM is not really sufficient to take advantage of multiprocessing since each process can access 3Gb.

I’ve used an HVX200 many times with excellent results. It captures in 4:2:2, enough for chroma keying.
Many of the jobs I do are on tight budgets and can’t afford RED or ARRI gear.

A chroma key relies on good color sampling for a discussion of sampling types (4:1:1, 4:2:2, 4:2:0, 4:4:4 etc) see:

It may be possible to pull a good key from those cameras, but the specifications don’t indicate the video color sampling capabilities of either camera.
Any compressed video format or one with a long GOP would need to be transcoded before pulling a key in After Effects.
I’ve had some success with chroma keys using AVCHD footage from a Panasonic GH1 but I paid careful attention to lighting and did several tests before proceeding.

Try either Time Remapping or Time Warp.

I’m sure you could use an expression to change the text to the layer name. You may want to post on the expressions forum.

No camera necessary in the building precomp.
No need to collapse transformations in the precomp unless your building consists of vector artwork that has been scaled beyond 100%.
