You can buy an old EX 1 for around $1500 or less. Should fit your needs. I stopped reading after two paragraphs.

Is this the first time you used Premier CC with the same cameras? Maybe it interpreted the camera differently than CS6. If you have CS6, maybe you can try to import a few clips to compare.

I don’t have any experience with this camera. I would shoot full 1080 p, not 1440.

You can get copyrighted music with a release from Music Bed.com

If you post using music you do not have the rights to, then you not only risk being banned from YouTube, you risk legal action from the record companies that may cost you thousands and the loss of your business.

I tell my clients they can use anything from that sight. It’s $50 for a wedding highlight. I usually pick the music unless they request it. I also tell them due to copyright, I cannot risk using their music. If they tell me others are doing it, I tell them they may also be targeted for a lawsuit, not just the company. That usually scares them my way.

If it’s a big conference with a lot of brake out sessions. I use at least 3 people.

I had one conference where I had 12 videographers, We had to film every breakout session for people who couldn’t make it due to a hurricane.

You may have to convert the files to a premier friendly format. It sounds like the files are ok if you are viewing them on the browser software. It’s probably a premier compatibility problem

You can buy a used 5D Mk II or spend a little more on a 5D Mk III.

Roland makes a better recorder, but you can find a lot of zoom’s for sale on Ebay. I have an H4 I’ll sell you.
