Set up your project at 1080.
    Grade/PTZR as if you’re delivering 1080.
When you’re finished, save a copy of your project.
Change the timeline format/resolution from 1080 to match your output requirements.
    Render/Deliver.

  • This is a bug with certain types of material.

Make sure you have Source Blanking turned OFF under the Format Tab. Should solve the problem.

Are you grading from the raw? What’s the name of the file?

  • My solution has been to show the node tree, and drag and drop the node i want.

Media Pool -> Select All -> Change Parent Directory

Check out the Browse chapter of the manual, but the process is described on page 103.

Worth a try, but the solution is to render out of Resolve with the unique identifier enabled.

You had 10 cuts referencing 5 clips. Without the unique identifier, Resolve was overwriting the files with the same name, resulting in you missing portions of the clips. If you wanted the file names to match without the unique identifier, you’d need to render out of the master session, but it’ll render the entire source clip and not just the cuts + handles you want.

There are some terminal commands you have to run to allow the external connections to the database. BM support will be able to get you straightened out.

Shouldn’t matter at all. However you get your timeline in, if you leave things as Remote Versions and you’re referencing the same media, Resolve will make the connection.
