Ian…XdCam crashes immediately upon opening and won’t let me delete individual files. I think I have an orphaned clip that is giving me problems. How do I delete all of them from the preferences?

Correct…I do not want XDCam transfer to have to look for all of those files every time it opens. Plus I have an orphaned file that is causing XDCam transfer to crash every time.

Ian I know you will correct me if I am wrong but if she has 1.00 she HAS to have it done by Sony. It says on the link you sent that it MUST be 1.04 to use that link.

You can probably at least get the money back form the rental which is not going to help with the unhappy parents with the soft focus. You could make the rest of it soft focus and say it was the look you were going for.
