Thanks for the help. Now for more stupidity: Which flip4mac do I need? Player Pro? Studio Pro? Also, do I need this on all of my Macs for them to play WMV’s, and do all of my students with Mac’s need it?

I understand the problems with Real and would certainly prefer not to deal with it. My problem would be solved if I could get the WMV’s to work.

The oddest thing happened. Everything was working except timeline playback. Even the comptuer alarms were working through the amplified speakers.

Then I went into the capture mode, clicked preview in the audio settings and when i closed out of capture everything was working including timeline playback. It has to be a glitch in either the AJA or FCP.

But… it’s working. Thanks for all of the help.
