I don’t have Movie Studio, but, in the pro version, I first synch all of the cameras with each in its own video and audio track. Once all the cameras are synchronized, I create a multi-camera video track using only the video tracks as input. The audio track does not enter in to my multi-camera processing.

I did not watch your video, but you can eliminate the moire effect by adding a very small amount of Gaussian blur to the image.

I am curious how you plan to build a dual boot system to run FCP. The last I heard, Apple won’t sell you their OS, or allow you to use it on anything except a machine that Apple makes. Am I missing something?

I use the Artisan 50, and I am very satisfied with it. I always print right to the edge of the hub area. It does warn me that extra drying time is needed when I do this.

Can you guys briefly describe how the m-audio devices connect to the speakers? Is it a simple adapter with channels assigned within the driver?

My impression is that the Euro is worth more than the dollar, so the product should be cheaper in Euros. I doubt that the explanation is Adobe greed. My guess is that it is taxes. The European countries take a big tax bite when you buy things, and probably an even bigger bite when its an American product.

I always switch the media from interlaced to progressive before I do the snapshot. I switch it back to interlaced after the snapshot is complete.

It is also quite possible that the firewire port on either the camera or the computer has failed. This can happen if you connect the firewire cable to either computer or camera while the power is on. The best practice is to be sure that the power is off before either connecting or disconnecting the cable.

and, the last I heard, FCP will not render to Blu-Ray. Steve Jobs does not like Blu-Ray, so it will not be supported.
