Thanks a lot, what would you recomend to use for a “eye light”, I did some goodeling but did not find any recommendations.

Thanks for taking the time reply. The below table was at the bottom of the page. With the interviews I will me using medium and “medium close up” shots so the lights would be 1-2 meters away. Would one or two of these lights add much. Although at £40 these are budget lights I am also interested in recommendations for more expensive options. I do have a couple of redheads but am looking for something a lot more portable.

doing some digging it seems the amount of light these throw is not a lot unless you are within a couple of meters. Will look up color rendition. Thanks. Ben

I think I may of worked out what the problem is. The file was edited in Sound Forge (not a copy of the file) and saved. I am guessing that this means the source is no longer DV Tape so it cant be recaptured. Is there a way of recapturing from Capture App rather than Vegas.

I thought the Vegas and Sound Forge were supposed to be properly integrated. What I really need is a tutorial.

Tried that and played with pan/crop for ages. Could not get rid of the black bars. Ive started a separate thread as I think it is a Sound Forge Vegas integration issue.

This is what I did. Sound Forge was the editor. When I returned to Vegas, after Sound Forge Saved, that’s when the black lines appeared.

Thanks, will have a look. Don’t remember seeing that option. Is it a button or menu item?
