No adjustment layers or effects. The files are graded and coming from a Davinci export. Looks correct in the source monitor.

Went back to the original harddrive and it was the same. Too weird to understand. Since as I say, it had worked fine for sooo long!

Anyway, this has come to an end now. I sent it to the red support and their last resort was that they could rebuild it for 100 pound an hour, takes about 5 hours and rarely works. We have cut the clip before the corrupted frames and if more problems arise we will delete it.

Looks like there is a wire loose or maybe overheating.

You can drag the sequence from the project panel to the source window and then drag only the video from there by using the “drag video only” icon.

Not sure if androids can play 60fps but make sure you are making a H-264 (.mp4) file. There are even several presets within the H-264 choice for android phones.

In Redcine now and it will not play the latter half of the clip. it skips back to the start. Then if I keep trying to push it either the program crashes or the clip freezes completley. Feeling pretty f*cked… No way to, I don’t know, rebuild/verify the clip or something?

Oh maybe I didn’t say but I think either deleting all the preview files or render files (or updating) made a TON of the clips disconnect. Could not link up again because then I got a “Generic import error”. Changing the location of the files was the only solution. So, maybe that could help someone down the line!

I have sat with adobe remote support for several hours today and we got nothing. I sent them the file that wouldn’t render for them to investigate further. Will see what they say maybe tomorrow.

The only solution for the disconnected files was to change their location. Really stupid. But we got that out of the way relativley fast.

I feel like im butchering my entire project because of that one stupid file. Now other stuff won’t render. Maybe it’s the harddrives?

    Still going at it…

Is there nothing for when you want motion blur in a clip? Like this guy :https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PGgEIjk8MkU
I saw that “ghosting” was removed.

  • With a little detective work… But still no way to see it in the metadata display for instance?
