That’s what I was trying to get to…. how do I get 60p from 60i? Is what Andrey saying true, that Premiere (or even After Effects) can Interpolate the 60i footage into 60p?

I am aware of what that article is saying… I was just an idiot trying to think quickly on my feet, and ended up shooting myself in the foot, haha…

You mentioned that Premiere can do the interpolation of the frames? How do I do that?

…and then if I get Premiere to do that, and I have my 60fps sequence, would I then just nest that 60fps sequence in a 24fps sequence? Or are you saying I need to export the 60fps as a separate video and then bring that back into Premiere (or After Effects) and then slow it down?

A wiggle expression only gets you so far… I think what this effect also calls for (At least how I’ve seen it used) is also a part of an expression that keeps the text in one spot for a short time, and then it jumps to another random position within a set amount of space… or, better yet, have the pause interval also be random so it (being the text) would freeze for a moment, then wiggle a bit, then freeze in another position (With varying levels of opacity as well)…

anyone know how to accomplish this?
