  • How to create a shape layer from a matte to use repeater?

Posted by Aza Allen on November 16, 2012 at 3:25 am

I have created a matte of a guiter that someone is playing, and I want to convert it to a shape layer so I can use the repeater and have the shape repeat and fly towards the camera (kind of an 80’s retro effect similar to Echo, but scaling as well giving the illusion it’s coming towards the camera)

    Thanks all!

Wow… Nevermind, I forgot I have Trapcode Echospace…. about time I found a use for it… but if you feel like answering anyway, there might be other uses for that…
