Is there a decent smartphone App for Music video playback?
I can use either iPhone or Android apps…
I am trying to shoot a music video, we are doing it guerrilla style and need a quick and easy way to jump to specific points in a song (mm:ss) – does anyone know a good app that would accomplish this… preferably free, but might buy it…
I know I could use a standard player, but trying to use the little slider to do that is problematic I’ve discovered…

Since this is two weeks old… I’ll assume you’ve shot the video.
There are some DJ apps that have cue points like DJ Player (~$50)

https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/red-bull-bpm-dj/id471259274?mt=8I strongly prefer cutting the track before getting on set and creating different tracks. I will add a 4 second count down at the beginning so I’ll have tracks like: full song, intro, verse 1, chorus 1, and so on. The lead-in beeps also assist with sound sync in post.
