Sorry I misread the original post, you can just use Effect>Distort>Optics Compensation. FOV to 50. Check the Reverse Lens Distortion & Optimal pixels.
That’s the first way to do it. there are others.

Thanks for replies guys, hi mike, that’s what I tried but there’s no flv file, I even did a full system search for .flv but nothing.
I’m using xp pro.

how close is the shot to the actor? is it a close up or wide shot, because I just did a similar wide shot & simply used the tracker inside ae to keep the splat in place, which worked perfectly & only took 2 minutes.

I got a project file from my buddy who uses ae8 but when trying to open it in ae7 it says something like unable to open as wrong version or something similar, so if i upgrade i’ll have to start all my work again, so my question is really should i upgarde now or stick with ae7? as it seems if i stick i’m losing out in the long run future as it were.
