Hi Jan,

The battery tabs on my hvx200 have broken, I understand this is a fairly common problem. What would you suggest as the best way to have this repaired? And will Panasonic help?

what do you recommend as the best way to do the 25p > 24p conversion. (the footage I need to convert is DVCPRO HD, 1080i)

I also have an old (maybe I should use the word, ancient) system, with a PCI-only slot and an ATI 9600 XT video card.

I want to give it a boost though–do you have any suggestions on what video card I should upgrade to, given my system’s limitations?
