Thanks, that seems to work, though am wondering, the clips are interlaced, but when I make the custom size it only allows progressive, is this ok, will it convert the interlaced to progressive. thanks again.

that sounds great.. i am on a pc with adobe cs3 .. ismthat thenbest format to get it out of the conergent box and into my system or is there an even better codec etc they can put it into.. thanks again for replying..anton hecht

wow a load of informative stuff to look thourhg, hopefully I can get something to work, I was really frantic when I tried the first output because it looked so bad and didn;t want to diapoint my frined who has put allot of effort into the filming. So thanks..

Hi that sounds really usefull.. I was just wondering, one last little thing, I want to upload the final video to youtube for their short film competition, what would be the best resoloution for that, if you have the time..thanks.

Hi, wow thanks for getting back.. I have never doen anything HD only MiniDv till now.. anway I am just exporting it through the normal export movie setting.. i think it is using the cinepak compression.. what are the best setting etc to get the footage out into a movie file.. thanks again for taking an interest, it would really help, as I said at mo it’sa bit of a mosaic with some pulsing

I hear that shake is really complex, and you need to be able to do scripting.. I’ve had a look at the shake forum, and it seem a bit unitelliagable…

I’ve got a dvx 100.. they’re a good camera.. WOuld there be a need for shake if you got motion..

thank you very much, so I just have to put the deinterlace filter on to the clip, and then it will be progresive… is that how it works… so is deinterlaced progresive then….thanks again for your kind help
