mpeg-2 dvd pal widescreen high quality.

Change your setting now to 1080i25.
Make new sequence and copy content from old timeline into new timeline. Done.

I that case your project settings need to be corrected:
AVCHD 1080i25, and if you shot in CineMode the settings should be 1080p25

Select clip in the Project Window then go to Clip/Audio Options/Breakout to Mono. Now you have a seperate left and right channel.

In your export settings field order should be Upper and Aspect Ratio set to Widescreen.
I cannot read the sequence settings very clearly, what camera is used? Interlaced or progressive?
