Perhaps, I wasn’t clear – I am not looking for a “making of” but for this very car commercial.

Yep – I know there are dozens that employ this effect (hummer etc.etc.) but this one stands out.

You can change this in your “Adobe After Effects 7.0 Prefs.txt” file which you can find under C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Adobe\After Effects\7.0

Go to the [“Misc Section”] in the pref. file. and change the value under

“Play sound when render finishes” from “1” to “0”

I animated on 2’s before in AE.
each cel/image was 2 frames long and the comp frame rate was set to 24fps

it’s pretty much the same Steve suggested, am I right?

One more thing…

I set up a camera with no POI (since I have to do a fly-through) and also turned off Starfield’s auto anim.+orient.
The rest is just a matter of pickwhipping each parameter to the AE camera…too easy.
However, I have trouble seeing my orientation and rotation changes as I rotate the camera. It updates which I can tell right after I truck-in or out because of the position change, but not in realtime.

Any pointers?
