You won’t be able to loop the footage since the clouds never repeat in the same fashion. You can stagger several copies of your footage and blend them slowly.

I remember using Digital Anarchy’s Aurora to create loopable skies.

the gauges look really cool, I’ve done something similiar a while back.
The only thing I did different was to add camera shake with motionblur for greater realism (by linking the gauges with motiontracker to the cockpit)

AE doesn’t do raytracing. You have to duplicate your scene and flip it up-side-down.
Do a search on cow for “reflection”….

Shutter Angle can be set in your comp settings under advanced tab…:)
