try shutting off certain groups of effects at a time to see what is specifically causeing these render times then figure a way to simplify.

could you use the timecode print effect or whatever then pre-compose it and then reverse it.

I dont know what your referring to exactly butt…

I believe he means change the rotation over time. When using the stroke effect you want to limit the start and end points of the stoke and then by rotating it around the stroke it travels the line.

Then for synthetic feel i think he adds a turbulent displacement and cycles the evolution.

    Good Luck.

Its just a slight delay in order to sync up the audio on the tape. It’s only in the view Finder not on the tape.

There is one effect that will work pretty well.

slightly blur your image. add a turbulent displacement and make it size 2 or 3 with medium complexity so that it looks like the bathroom glass. then make a gradient map so that the fog doesn’t cover everything if you dont want it too.

Paste the key frame data of your tracked point into the anchor point of the layer. now if you tracked rotation it gets a little complicated…

Make sure your frame rate interpretation is correct (equal to source) then make sure your in and out points are not misplaced.

Why not import your project directly into AE it maintains all the setting correctly for you.

    Good Luck

  • Select the Pan behind tool (the tool that lets you adjust the anchor point) and then while holding down ALT move the Anchor Point and it will move the layer by affecting the anchor point in the comp window.

I think this is what your asking.
