Sorry David I didn’t see that you are currently on CS5. My bad.

Check that Autosave thing out anyway and see if it makes a difference.

    Hi David,

    What version are you on?

Check that Autosave is switched off as you PTT. One of the versions (I’m not sure now I think it was CS3) had that issue from memory.

    Hope that helps.

    Hey Greg,

Nicely said. A little humility goes a very long way.

Hey I was wondering that too…Come to think of it where are the rest of the old crowd Ron Shook, Dave Friend and Marisu, are they still cooking?

We went the PPro/Axio route after using edit on XP for a while…We had a few stability issues when we got to CS4 (before Windows7) so we switched to MacPros and FCP.

I found the CS4 suite to be a bit bloaty and unresponsive and never got the opportunity to try CS5 on Windows 7. . .

    . . . Maybe I will now.

BTW Anybody using it on a Mac?

    Hi David,

Thanks so much for your tutorial. Elegant, simple and classic.

    Much obliged.

  • David I too found watching the whole presentation much more enlightening and am looking forward to trying X out. On the whole I am much less worried than I was 24 hours ago.

I can, though, never get over the crowds reaction to every little new thing that is demoed. All the ooohs and the aaahs are just a bit too much for me when I am eating my lunch at the same time and the standing ovation when the price was mentioned was enough to make me choke on my apple. . .ahem!
