This was posted by an artist who was working on some Pro Emitter concepts. They may still become a new set of Pro Emitter libraries, but right now they’re still just concepts.
So until you hear something official from GenArts on this (on the wondertouch website, or through a newsletter), it’s not an actual product.

Are you saying that the trial of pIAE worked fine, but now you’ve activated it and it no longer works?
Have you already restarted the computer to see if that fixes it? (Sometimes a restart is the only thing that will fix weird problems like this)

Sorry about the slow reply. I wonder if this is an OpenGL issue? Make sure you have “Fast Previews” (the lightning bolt icon under the comp window) set to something that does not use OpenGL.

Look at the playback toolbar — the “end frame” edit box determines the “end frame” of your project.

It’s not needed. All of the emitters are in the 10_04 (April 2010) library.

It just doesn’t work that way.
To help you find emitters, use particleView’s search function. particleView was installed along with particleIllusion.

With particleIllusion closed, unzip the emitters into the “Emitter Libraries” folder of your particleIllusion application folder.
