Unfortunately Cinema doesn’t have this feature. I think there’s a preview plugin that adds this ability, available at 3D Attack.

You just load whatever you want into the multishader’s channels instead of loading a bitmap. Here’s an example: https://www.3danvil.com/tutorials/multishader_prcdrls.c4d

You can use procedurals in the multishader just like you would use bitmaps. But the easiest way, if you only have five objects, would be to duplicate your object five times under the cloner and give each one a unique material.

An alpha or object buffer will work with transparency, but not with refraction.

No can do I’m afraid. Best you can do is delete everything possible to speed it up and substitute basic materials for slower materials.

1. Supersampling is the same thing as AA, so you’ll need to up that number from the default of 0. But if you don’t do that and then render the result with best AA, it should give you smooth shadows anyway.
You might want to use the bake tag as opposed to bake object if you aren’t already; it offers many more layers and a lot more flexibility.
2. If you can live without the additional layers of the bake tag, Bake Object allows you to bake an entire scene (or subparts) at one go. Just place whatever you want to bake inside a null and run bake object on the null.

Assuming you’re using version 10.5, you can use flat mapping for the texture and then change the “Fix Texture” parameter in the Cloner properties to “Straight”.

Your settings should revert to default if you just delete your Cinema>Prefs folder. Be careful though — If you’ve set up custom shortcuts they will be deleted too.

If all or most of your illumination is coming from a texture source and you’re using standard (not stochastic) GI, you really need to amp up the sample count and quality to minimize flicker. Of course that means long render times. At some point it may make more sense to use stochastic mode with low samples along with scene motion blur, which helps to blur the samples.

Sounds like you have a keyframe on the head or neck bone. I’d check the timeline.
