here’s a slightly leftfield idea…..you could try adding some small dark grey shapes in the outer corners of the frame. Make them dark enough to be unnoticed, and small enough to not be obvious, and see if that helps.
You need to find a way to convince the Auto that there is something in the black and thus not to crop it out.

no sorry. I read somewhere that the functionality was lost in upgrading to 10.5(or it may have been some other upgrade). Pity really as it was a really useful feature that is now much more drawn out process!

not too sure what i need either. All i know is all the tutorials i have seen show the basics of making text logos, shading, character animation etc.
All useful, but i need to know how to import video and then be able to position my models to appear within the 3d space…i know its advanced, but i just cant seem to find anything that even hints at it.adam

why not try come up with a look that relates not to the visuals in the video but to the lyrics in the song?
