Other than copying/pasting keyframes, that is not a possibility in PPRO. However, you can do this in AE via scripting.

SnagIt is an image capture tool made by Techsmith. Camtasia is another tool made by Techsmith 😉

I have been using PPRO CS3 on the Mac for a few weeks now and I do like it. It is very stable and the interaction between apps is superior to anything else I have worked with.

I hated Bridge 1.0 (CS2), but I am using Bridge CS3 on a more frequent basis. I am also a photographer, so it comes in VERY handy while working on images after a day’s shoot.

You probably don’t have to export each frame. Try exporting 5 frames and see if that helps.

And yes, Photoshop does have some decent tools that can help you accomplish your task. However, if you have the latest version of Photoshop, you are in luck, because it does include some advanced tools.
