I am not in front of my editing system at the moment, but if you go to Edit > Preferences > General or look for Project Settings, there will be a check box that indicates ‘scale video to frame size’ select that box and re-import your images.

What is the other error you get while exporting to QT with 7.1 installed? If you are getting errors with Sorenson squeeze and premiere pro, then something else is wrong.

Hi Ron,
I often export my titles (select your created titles in Premiere Pro and File > Export > Title). This will ensure that nothing happens to your titles, in the event the project crashes. -
What version of PRemiere was this project created in?

Yes, it did. The best way to ensure that this problem doesn’t happen is to reinstall Windows XP and then install SP2 without installing any other software.

There is always going to be a trade off between file size and quality. Andre has posted some good advice below, but PRemiere Pro and Windows Movie Maker and 2 entirely different programs, aimed at different markets.
