Unfortunately, that is not the case. AE 7.0 does not ship with the Zaxwerks plugins.

I would reccomend calibrating your monitor, such that this does not happen. Take a look at hardware calibration systems aka spyder.

I have seen this happen when the graphics card is on the lower side. What is the model of your grapghics card?
