weird premiere pro in long show
I have a show with a LOT of cuts, it’s about 20 minutes now. In the last day, the thing which automatically snaps a piece of footage to another, and lines them up to adjacent pieces seems to have turned off.
Don’t know if I’m being clear, but when editing normally, when you move a piece of footage it lines up exactly with the previous shot, or with another shot above it on the timeline, and a little line appears showing you’re placing the shot at the exact spot. That’s not happening now, it’s like it’s turned off, but I can’t see how to turn it back on.
Any suggestions? Using pro 1.5. Thanks.

You accidentally turned off snapping. Find the picture of the magnet and click on it.

Just hit the “S” to snap or Look at left of the TLine where a magnet icon is showed.
